Toby the Tiny Turtle is tired of being so slow and never achieving anything. Luckily he remembers his amazing 3rd grade teacher (I love you Mrs. Jenkins) teaching him how to make things out of paper-mache and has crafted himself a set of flappable wings to fly fast and achieve greatness.
